JDNitro Terms and Conditions – Know Your Rights Before You Play

1Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using the JDNitro platform — whether through the website at jdnitro.click, any associated mobile interface, or any other method of access we provide — you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions in their entirety.

These Terms and Conditions constitute a legally binding agreement between you (the player) and JDNitro. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you must not use the JDNitro platform, create an account, deposit funds, or place any bets.

Your continued use of JDNitro following any amendments to these Terms and Conditions constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms. 2Eligibility

To open and maintain an active JDNitro account, you must meet all of the following requirements at all times:

• You must be at least 21 years of age. JDNitro strictly prohibits underage gambling. This is a non-negotiable requirement.
• You must be located in a jurisdiction where online betting is legal and permitted. It is your responsibility to verify that using JDNitro is lawful in your location before registering.

JDNitro reserves the right to verify eligibility at any point. If a player is found to be ineligible, JDNitro may immediately suspend the account, reverse any pending transactions, and take such other action as deemed appropriate in the circumstances.

3Account Registration

Each individual is permitted to hold one active JDNitro account. Operating multiple accounts — whether in your own name or through different email addresses, devices, or payment methods — is a violation of these terms and will result in all duplicate accounts being suspended and any associated balances reviewed.

When registering a JDNitro account, you must provide accurate, current, and complete information including your legal name, date of birth, valid email address, and a Philippine mobile number. JDNitro is not responsible for consequences arising from incorrect information provided during registration.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your JDNitro login credentials. You must not share your username or password with any other person. JDNitro will treat any access made using your credentials as authorised by you. If you suspect unauthorised access to your account, you must contact JDNitro support immediately.

Account verification — including submission of a valid government-issued ID, proof of address, and/or proof of payment method ownership — may be required at any time. JDNitro typically requires full verification before processing any withdrawal. Verification documents must be genuine, legible, and unexpired.

• Acceptable IDs: Philippine passport, SSS/UMID card, PhilHealth ID, driver's licence, Philippine national ID (PhilSys).
• Proof of address: utility bill, bank statement, or government document dated within the last 90 days.
• Payment verification: GCash screenshot confirming account ownership, bank statement, or equivalent.

4Deposits and Withdrawals

All JDNitro financial transactions are conducted in Philippine Peso (PHP ₱). JDNitro does not accept or process transactions in foreign currencies.

Accepted deposit methods: GCash, Maya, GrabPay, Coins.ph, InstaPay, PESONet bank transfer, BDO, BPI, UnionBank online banking, Visa/Mastercard debit and credit cards.

Deposits: Deposits are credited to your JDNitro account upon confirmation from the payment provider. JDNitro is not responsible for delays caused by third-party payment processors. The minimum deposit is ₱100. JDNitro does not charge deposit fees, though your bank or e-wallet provider may apply their own charges.

Withdrawals: Withdrawal requests are processed to the same payment method used for your most recent deposit where technically possible. The minimum withdrawal amount is ₱100. JDNitro does not charge withdrawal fees. Processing times are as follows:

• GCash and Maya: Typically within 60 seconds of approval during normal operating hours.
• InstaPay bank transfer: Typically within 5–30 minutes during banking hours.
• PESONet bank transfer: 1–2 banking days depending on receiving bank.
• Visa/Mastercard: 3–7 banking days depending on card issuer.

Withdrawals are subject to identity verification. JDNitro reserves the right to withhold withdrawal processing pending satisfactory completion of KYC (Know Your Customer) checks. Players who have received bonus funds must fulfil the applicable wagering requirements before bonus-sourced funds become eligible for withdrawal.

5Bonuses and Promotions

JDNitro offers various promotional bonuses to new and existing players including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, cashback offers, free bets, and referral rewards. All bonuses and promotions are subject to the specific terms of each individual promotion in addition to these general Terms and Conditions.

General bonus rules that apply to all JDNitro promotions unless otherwise stated:

• Bonus funds are credited to your JDNitro account separately from real-money balance and must meet wagering requirements before they can be converted to withdrawable funds.
• Wagering requirements specify the total amount you must bet using bonus funds before withdrawal eligibility is triggered. For example, a ₱500 bonus with a 10x wagering requirement requires ₱5,000 in qualifying bets.

6Betting Rules

All bets placed on JDNitro are subject to the specific rules applicable to the product category — sports betting, live casino, sabong, roulette, virtual sports — in addition to these general terms. General betting rules applicable across all JDNitro products:

• Bets are final once confirmed. Confirmed bets cannot be cancelled or amended by the player except where JDNitro's specific product rules provide a cash-out or in-play editing facility.
• JDNitro reserves the right to void any bet placed on an event or market that was incorrectly priced due to human or technical error. Affected players will be notified and their stake returned.

7Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on JDNitro. Engaging in any of these may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and referral to relevant authorities where applicable:

• Fraudulent activity: Use of stolen, cloned, or unauthorised payment credentials; chargebacks without legitimate basis; misrepresentation of identity.
• Bonus abuse: Systematic exploitation of promotional terms, use of multiple accounts to claim one-per-player bonuses, coordinated play designed to guarantee bonus conversion regardless of game outcome.
• Collusion: Coordinating bets with other players on JDNitro to manipulate outcomes, particularly in poker or other head-to-head formats.
• Use of prohibited software: Automation tools, bots, scripts, artificial intelligence agents, or any software designed to gain an unfair advantage over JDNitro's systems or other players.
• Money laundering: Using JDNitro for the purpose of laundering proceeds of illegal activity or obscuring the origin of funds. JDNitro is required to report suspicious activity to relevant Philippine financial intelligence authorities.
• Sharing accounts: Allowing any other person to access or operate your JDNitro account, whether for betting purposes, promotion claiming, or any other reason.
• Arbitrage betting: Systematic exploitation of price differences across markets in a manner inconsistent with recreational play and designed purely to extract guaranteed profit regardless of outcome.

8Intellectual Property

All content on the JDNitro platform — including but not limited to the website design, logos, graphics, text, software code, game interfaces, promotional materials, and the JDNitro brand name — is the intellectual property of JDNitro or its licensed content providers and is protected by applicable copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

You may access and use JDNitro's platform for personal, non-commercial betting and gaming purposes only. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, publicly display, or create derivative works from any JDNitro content without express written permission from JDNitro.

9Privacy and Data Protection

11Limitation of Liability

12Account Suspension and Closure

JDNitro reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or close any player account at any time. Reasons for suspension or closure include but are not limited to:

• Violation of any section of these Terms and Conditions.
• Suspected fraudulent activity, money laundering, or other illegal conduct.
• Provision of false or misleading information during registration or verification.
• Failure to complete required identity verification within the stipulated timeframe.
• Account inactivity (as defined in JDNitro's dormancy policy — accounts with no log-in activity for 12 consecutive months may be subject to an administrative fee or closure notice).
• Responsible gaming self-exclusion request by the account holder.

Where an account is closed for a reason other than a violation — such as a voluntary closure request or inactivity — JDNitro will return the verified real-money balance to the player via their most recently verified payment method, subject to completion of any outstanding KYC requirements.

Where an account is suspended for suspected violations, the balance will be held pending investigation. JDNitro will aim to complete investigations within 30 calendar days and communicate the outcome to the player via registered email.

13Amendments to Terms
